Induction

It is our practice to introduce all new employees to T&H in any organized and efficient manner so you may feel part of our community as soon as possible.

We will provide you with a job description on joining us and, during your induction, you will be introduced to the company, our working environment and to your role. An important part of your induction is making yourself familiar with our working practices, policies and procedures. From time to time these will be updated to reflect the needs of the business and changes in employment law and practices. You will be given notice of any material changes.

We are committed to ensuring that all employees are supported during their induction and we encourage you to raise any questions you may have with your Line Manager, Head of Department or our Head of HR.
