In accordance with Government legislation and our own rules, smoking and vaping is not permitted anywhere in the building, including the roof terrace. This restriction applies at all times, including outside usual working hours. We would also prefer you not to smoke in the entrance to the building.
You are responsible for informing your visitors of this policy.
Smoking in company premises is also a criminal offence and may result in the company being prosecuted. Accordingly, we take a breach of this policy very seriously and it may result in action being taken under our Disciplinary Procedure.
